Goods
Most of the products sold on our website are handmade. We endeavour to sell to you what you see first hand on the website, however because of their individual uniqueness there may be variations between each product. If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us by email and follow the guidelines set out in the returns section.
Product availability
We display 'stock in hand' with each product's 'add to cart' button and this is updated automatically on completion of an online order. Because we also accept orders off-line and our goods are often sold at shows etc. there may be a delay updating stock levels in these instances. If it is vital that you know an item is in stock before you order please contact us by telephone first.
If you have seen an item that has since sold, or have ordered an item which is out of stock, we will always endeavour to try and obtain a similar item for you and/or give you the opportunity to cancel your order.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase in their original packaging and undamaged.
We will then issue you with a full refund, once the item has been received, for the price you paid for the item.
You will be responsible for postage costs – we recommend registered or recorded delivery for your piece of mind.
This does not affect your statutory goods or rights.
Delivery
We endeavour to despatch all orders within 10 days of receipt. If there is a problem in obtaining an item, or it is out of stock we will let you know as soon as possible and you will have the opportunity to cancel your order.

Next day delivery £8.95

Secure shopping
Tiggly.com uses a secure server for collection of your personal information, and PayPal for collection of your card details. Remember, you don't need a PayPal account to pay by credit card!
Data policy
All information entered into the website when placing an order will not be used, rented or sold to any third party, except for delivery purposes.
All credit card information will be deleted once it has been used for processing the order.
